Welcome Personal Trainer Bobby Buoncristiano to Level 1 Fitness!

Bobby has been a fitness enthusiast throughout his entire life, and has been involved in all areas of the fitness world in recent years. At both Chestnut Hill Academy and LaSalle University he took on the role of scholar-athlete, and enjoyed the bulk of his athletic success on the soccer field, however his athletic prowess extended onto the track and the football field throughout college. In order to remain a successful multi-sport athlete Bobby had to adopt a hard-working and disciplined fitness mentality to stay healthy and competitive.

After graduating from LaSalle University in 2004 he moved to New York City to pursue a career in the fitness industry. During his two year stay in NYC he modeled for various fitness magazines such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and Men’s Journal. He also studied under celebrity trainer Jeremy Broderick for six months, while training his own clientele of twenty, many being successful fitness models for major publications.

Since his return to Philadelphia he has taken on a number of clients, which include two professional athletes, and various college level athletes. He has also been busy writing fitness articles and developing a number of original fitness programs to accommodate his broad clientele.

Bobby’s intricate style of training allows him to reach each client on a level that most trainers cannot. His “hands-on” style and personal dedication to fitness shows that he lives the fit and healthy lifestyle he preaches. He strives to motivate each of his clients by helping them develop specific personal goals unique to each individual. Bobby believes that each individual should strive to be the best person they can be, and he urges all clients to develop a definition that paints a picture of who they want to be, and then to show it to him so that he can deliver the specific results that you want.
